Neutral 4 Scrunchie Bandana

Scrunchie bandanas have a pattern on the front with a usual solid backing. The neck elastic is encompassed in the patterned print on the front of the bandana. Scrunchie bandanas slide easily over your pups head and sit comfortably around their neck. Most dogs don't even notice them!
